Returns and Right of Resolution
In accordance with current legislation, any Technotex customer. You will have a period of 7 days to freely withdraw from the contract from the receipt of the product in the case of distance sale or the buyer is within the scope of article 1.2 of law 26/1984.
In case of return, the client will send the merchandise to our address (see contact) in perfect condition and with the complete packaging. You must bear the costs of such transportation, as well as any damage that the products may present.
Technotex has a period of 15 calendar days to review the optimal conditions of the returned merchandise and proceed with the return, using the same means of payment that the client would have used at the time.
