Returns and Right of Resolution
In accordance with current legislation, any Technotex customer You will have a period of 7 days to freely withdraw from the contract from receipt of the product in the case of distance selling or the buyer is within the scope of application of article 1.2 of Law 26/1984.
In the event of a return, the customer will send the merchandise to our address (see contact information) in perfect condition and with complete packaging. You will be responsible for the expenses derived from said transport, as well as any damage that the products may present.
Technotex has a period of 15 calendar days to review the optimal conditions of the returned merchandise and proceed with the return, using the same means of payment that the customer would have used at the time.
