Returns and Right of Resolution

In accordance with current legislation, any Technotex customer You will have a period of 7 days to freely withdraw from the contract from receipt of the product in the case of distance selling or the buyer is within the scope of application of article 1.2 of Law 26/1984.

In case of return, the customer will send the merchandise to our address (see contact) in perfect condition and with the complete packaging. You must take care of the expenses derived from said transport, as well as any damage that the products may present.

Technotex has a period of 15 calendar days to review the optimal conditions of the returned merchandise and proceed with the return, using the same means of payment that the customer would have used at the time.

Shipping Price

Shipping cost would be added to all orders placed through our website  (VAT not included) for postage, shipping will be made to the address indicated by the customer in the registration of your account.

In case of expressly requesting the collection of the order in our store, this cost will not exist.
